At INDIVIJWL, we take pride in delivering your unique, customizable jewelry safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below to ensure you have all the necessary details regarding your order.

Processing Times

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take an additional 3-5 business days to process, depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm MST on Fridays will ship out the following Monday.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping

  • We offer Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) for all U.S. orders.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $150 within the U.S.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
  • All shipping options will be displayed during checkout, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your package’s journey and estimated delivery date.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package has been lost in transit or delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@indivijwl.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • INDIVIJWL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs, nor are we responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your address during checkout, as we are not responsible for rerouting a package to a different address if an incorrect one was provided. We will not be responsible for sending a new package to the correct address in such cases. If you happen to notice after checkout that your address is incorrect, please contact us ASAP at info@indivijwl.com with the correct address before we print the label.
